
Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported Saturday that 48 Alaska residents and seven non-residents have tested positive for COVID-19.
The report showed a total of 1,111 cases in the state of Alaska residents who have tested positive.
There have been 230 non-resident cases, an increase of seven over Friday. One new death was also reported.
Petersburg added a single case on Saturday for a total of five.
Juneau remains at 45 cases, while Ketchikan holds steady at 22. Sitka has 13 cases, while Prince of Wales and Haines both remain at two cases.
