Juneau Representative Sara Hannan
Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Juneau Representative Sara Hannan offered her reaction to the resignation of Alaska Attorney General Kevin Clarkson while a guest on Action Line.
The state's top law enforcement officer submitted his resignation after it was revealed he sent what were considered inappropriate text messages to a female state employee
Hannan believes the sexual harassment was clear to any woman. She said it's about power and authority.
Hannan said it appears the resignation was long overdue. She was saddened to see that Clarkson had been allowed to remain employed even if he was on leave after the text messages were discovered.
