Washington Gov. Jay Inslee.
Olympia, Washington (ABC) - Washington State Governor Jay Inslee said President Trump is the last person in America who should be giving their opinion when it comes to the coronavirus.
Inslee said the president's threat to withhold funding from states that don't reopen schools in the fall is 'hogwash."
Inslee said the federal government has tried to bully the state into making decisions that are not in the best interests of the state, "Decisions about school and how to have it on-site or otherwise will remain with the state of Washington."
Inslee said Washington residents are ignoring the President by doing healthy things like wearing masks.
